Let's strike and have a BBQ!

  I'm taking in the spectacle of it all, seeing what I can see and pulling out my map every once in awhile while looking for street signs.

  I get to the outer fringes of the Place when I see food vendors! These guys set up a table in the middle of the street with a gas grill and everything they needed to slap a freshly cooked, spicy Moroccan sausage called "merguez" into a baguette with your choice of sauces.

 
  It was like a city wide demonstration, sing-a-long with a "Let's have a North African Bar-B-Q" theme.

  At first the whole thing was surprising, a bit shocking and then amusing. But now it was starting to become downright fun.
