Escargot Nicole   Time: 10 min., 5 hours refrigeration

Ingredients for about 20 servings:

100 grams / 3.5 oz's of Roquefort or blue cheese
50 grams / less than 2 oz's of soft butter
2 slices of ham

Mix the softened butter and Roquefort together.

   Spread the mixture over the ham. Roll the ham and seal in tin foil. Refrigerate for 5 hours.

   Simply unroll the foil, slice the ham into 1 centimeter or 1/2 inch slices, arrange on a plate and you're all done!
