Day 33    

  Then they feed you, starting this time with a typical dish of Lyon, fresh Quenelle from a corner store. A fish and corn meal mixture (I think) cooked in a pan with olives and mushrooms, accompanied with a red wine.
  Since you might still be hungry the next course is some boiled saucisson with potatoes, along with more wine.

  My God it was sublime. Hot and cuttable with a fork, there's nothing like fresh Quenelle.
