Day 32    

   Next came the cheese selection and everyone took 2 or 3 slices of different kinds to enjoy with their bread and wine. My God, there was even one that was 80% cream.
 
  To finish things off we moved onto dessert and I choose a marquis au chocolate.

  A marquis au chocolate is really something to behold. After it's prepared it's put into the refrigerator and chilled, then in a hot water bath so you gently unmold it.
