 Sitting at an outdoor cafe'

  I found a package of tortelloni exactly the same size as in the US but was lucky enough to get one from Milan, with a round shape looking like a hat, filled with asparagus.

  We had a nice quiet night in and I used the Bleu de Gex in place of gorgonzola for my twist on a famous cheese sauce for pasta. Check the Recipe section for this, it's traveled from Rome, been to Paris and through the PNW for a special twist.
  The strawberries from the mid South of France are in season and it's really hard to pass them in the market without the smell drawing you to them. They're ripe and ready to eat, not hard, fully red and so sweet it's amazing.
