Day 11    

  We were talking and joking around as she was packing until we realized that we'd be late for our dinner invitation to Salah's.

   There were 7 people sitting in 1 of 2 rooms and the menu ran something like this:
 
    Then we moved onto a green salad with mushrooms, raw onions, avocado and a home made vinaigrette with marinated artichoke hearts.



  2 different white wines for an apéritif, 1 a Sylvaner

green olives, marinated vegetables, pate' on bread, sliced chorrizo. That took only 1 to 1.5 hours.
 
  A magnum of 1991 Clos Vougeot started dinner off.  >>

A magnum of red wine, a 1991 no less
